We are The Mighty Rio Grande Graduate, Alumni and Professional (GAP) Colony anchored in Albuquerque, New Mexico (NM). Like the Rio Grande River, we cover southern Colorado, along with the West and South end of Texas. We are a colony that is part of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority Incorporated. Our purpose is to promote the mission of Theta Nu Xi throughout New Mexico. This colony will be a group for any person who identifies as female throughout New Mexico and who are alumnae of Theta Nu Xi. We are also looking for any woman willing to go through the process of being a Theta Nu Woman, and who is a graduate student or professional with a bachelor's degree. One of our main goals is to give back to New Mexican communities through programming, fundraising, volunteering, mentoring and advocacy while providing guidance to the Precious Psi Chapter at the University of New Mexico.
